1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phlargo online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through phlargo (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of phlargo.

By registering an account with phlargo, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with and be legally bound by them. • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phlargo. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phlargo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your phlargo account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlargo Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phlargo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify phlargo immediately via live chat support.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

phlargo is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phlargo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account cashier. phlargo reserves the right to modify minimum transaction amounts at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in your account cashier, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phlargo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on phlargo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phlargo is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phlargo are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phlargo actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (such as low-risk hedging), and colluding with other players. phlargo reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

phlargo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and may not be available to all players.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phlargo use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are operated under monitored conditions to ensure integrity. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phlargo reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account. phlargo's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlargo and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or phlargo employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use phlargo for any illegal financial activity. phlargo complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with phlargo.
• Accessing phlargo from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your phlargo account, or using another player's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phlargo staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phlargo Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phlargo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phlargo Platform without the prior written consent of phlargo.

The phlargo name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phlargo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use phlargo's trademarks, trade names, or branding without express written permission.

9. Privacy & Data

phlargo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phlargo, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

phlargo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phlargo cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

phlargo may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by Philippine law, including in connection with anti-money laundering investigations or PAGCOR compliance obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

phlargo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. phlargo recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

10.1 Player Protection Tools

phlargo provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after phlargo Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.

10.2 Age Restriction

phlargo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. It is a criminal offense to allow a person under 21 years of age to gamble. If phlargo has reason to believe that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlargo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phlargo's reasonable control.

phlargo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlargo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination & Suspension

phlargo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by you or your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Your request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination of your account, phlargo will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or security checks. phlargo is not obligated to return balances where the account was closed due to fraud, breach of Terms, or illegal activity.

You may close your phlargo account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phlargo, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phlargo's customer support team. phlargo will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits phlargo's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

phlargo operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phlargo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phlargo will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of phlargo after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using phlargo and may request account closure.
